International customers are responsible if their shipment being seized by customs when they are not in full compliance with their country import regulations.

We are sorry, but we cannot issue refunds for seized shipments.

To avoid customs issues, we can package and send only the discs and artwork with no cases by your request. Shipping price will be recalculated to lower value accordingly.

Once your order is received and verified, ordered items will be shipped same or next day and delivered within 1-4 days, depending on your location in USA.

International delivery time from 3 to 15 days and depends on mail service you will choose on checkout and your location also.

All DVD/Blu-Ray can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase if unopened (i.e. still factory sealed) for credit refund, or if factory defective for exchange on the same DVD/Blu-Ray.
